She completed her M.Sc. in Botany and M.Ed., along with a diploma in computer programming, blending her love for science with technical skills. Her father, a renowned zoologist and shayar, was a major influence, sparking her passion for poetry and storytelling at a young age.
Married to an army officer, Smita successfully balanced personal and professional life, securing teaching roles across various cities. Her journey as an educator eventually led her to leadership roles in school administration, where she continues to inspire students and faculty alike.
Smita Amit is a dynamic and multifaceted personality, blending creativity, intellect, and leadership. With an academic foundation in Botany and Education, she excelled in teaching biology and pre-medical students for over a decade before transitioning to school administration, where she led prestigious K-12 institutions.
A passionate educator, she has significantly enhanced academic performance, co-curricular activities, and sports development in the schools she administered. Smita is also a trained Kathak dancer, poet, sitar player, painter, and choreographer, showcasing her artistic depth.
Her literary talents, inspired by her father, extend to poetry and storytelling, published in notable magazines. As a spiritual seeker, she founded “The Spark Network” YouTube channel, exploring the intersection of science and ancient scriptures, while promoting eco-consciousness and social causes.

Smita Amit’s career spans over three decades, combining her expertise in education, leadership, and administration.
Beginning as a biology and pre-medical teacher, she taught for 12 years in schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya and Sacred Heart Chandigarh, as well as coaching pre-medical students at ACE Tutorials.
She then transitioned into school administration, holding principal positions at leading K-12 institutions, including Air Force School Jodhpur, Maharaja Agrasen Model School, and Apeejay Schools. Her leadership is marked by a focus on academic excellence, co-curricular development, and sports promotion.
She is known for setting up new schools, improving student results, and enhancing the overall brand image of the institutions she led. Currently, she serves as the Director of Raghav Global Schools.
